Several spots in Romania are said to be protected by powerful, but also mysterious energies.
Coincidentally or not, these places are historically connected with the ancient sacred places of Romanian ancestors: Geto- Dacian and their wise priests.
The setting of these places is magnificent, and the peacefulness of the mountains is food for our souls.
People leave these places calmer, wiser and, without being aware, focused on the right things in their lives.

The seven springs, the water of immortality

In Bucegi Mountains, close to the Romanian Sphinx, between Bolboci Lake and Scropoasa, flows a stream whose waters have been repeatedly analyzed in the laboratory.
Following research carried out at the beginning of the 20th century, in Bucegi, Ialomita Valley, it was discovered what the Dacians called “the area of immortality.”
There is a spring whose water is the purest in the world, with zero bacterial load and contains no nitrates, comes from a cave where there is a huge underground lake.

The “Zone of Immortality” or “Seven Springs” (the symbol of the seven springs was also found on the battlefields of the Dacians) lies on the eastern slope of the Bucegi, between Lake Bolboci and Scropoasa.
The water in this area, which contains no nitrates, comes from a cave where there is a huge underground lake.
The purity of water has two hypotheses in the opinion of scientists ... either it passes through a magnetic field that clears it from all the impurities, or the springs pass beside a silver deposit that prevents the development of bacteria.

There’s an area in Romania where unusual sightings occur on a regular basis.
From animated UFO sightings to events that seem to defy all logic, this place appears to be craved by every UFO-holic.

The area in and around the Bucegi Mountains harbours a large number of mysteries, many of which are still plainly visible in physical reality, as well as a large number of observations and experiences that transcend logical human explanations.
And it is not something new of these times. Local folklore is full of myths and legends about historical creatures (gods) who lived in the Bucegi Mountains.
It is also the area where the famous Dacian civilization lived its zenith and its downfall against the overwhelming Roman Empire.

And although all the relative recent discoveries made in Romania have hardly been publicized, here we find the treasures that could give a completely new perspective on the development of mankind.
In this area it all seems to come together.

The Romanian Sphinx

In old Romanian language “a bucegi” means “to choose” – these are “the chosen” mountains; and some of the events occuring in the area  ive a true meaning to their name.

The Bucegi Mountains are a wonderful natural attraction in Romania.
The peak, Omu, rises 1.5 miles (2505 meters) above the pristine Prahova Valley.
Since 1935, the valley has been considered a national park and is included on Romania’s protected areas list.
The Bucegi Mountains are a highly-concentrated section of the larger Carpathian Mountain Range, which forms an arc across much of Eastern and Central Europe.

However, recently, the Bucegi have become newsworthy not because of their picturesque peaks or abundant wildlife but rather because of bizar archeological findings followed by interventions of international secret services, rumors of remnants of extraterrestrial visitors in the past giving which feed international conspiracies.
Many paranormal claims, that that have been circulating in this area for centuries, have fully emerged in 2009, after discoveries done in the mountain of Bucegi in 2003 and releasing the mysterious true history connected with these mountains.

Since then, the mountain chain of Bucegi is renowned for the numerous out-of-place artefacts discovered there, as well for their richness in gold.
Here on the altitude of 2.200m lies a rock formation shrouded in mystery called “The Romanian Sphinx” an ancient monument unknown formation that, from a certain angle, has outlines that resembles that of Egypt’s Great Sphinx of Giza.
This resemblance with the Sphinx in Egypt deepens the enigma, because the similarity lies not only in its shape, but also in its size.
There are legends and incredible stories about this place, although it is not clear how this formation came to be.

The odd formation is one of the “Seven Wonders of Romania.”
Now many archaeologists believe the face is carved by an ancient civilization and has eroded over the thousands of years, while other archaeologists believe that the elements carved the nearly 40-foot-tall rock over millions of years, into something akin to a woman’s face. What are the odds one would think.
But the figure’s human-like appearance isn’t the only reason that draws people to it.
The Mountain Sphinx (also known as the Sphinx of Bușteni) is a hotbed of folklore and legendary stories.

Many sacred places of Dacian Mountains were never conquered by the Romans, nor vandalized.
The Romanian Sphinx was and remains one of the world's energy poles, a place where strange phenomena occur.
It is believed that the Sphinx guards a portal to another world, but only a minority is allowed to enter into this sacred mysterious underground world.

Research has shown that there also is something very unusual in the gravitational fields in that region.
Gravity and density of matter are two aspects of the same thing. The greater the gravity, the denser the matter.
The vast Bucegi Mountains and Buzau, however, have the lowest gravity field in all of Romania and the surrounding area, even after corrections due to the fact that it is a mountainous area.
Perhaps this anomaly in the gravity field makes that there are so many paranormal activities because of the reduced density and therefore perhaps higher frequencies.
The veil to non-physical realities seems to be much thinner here.

During research regarding the Marcahuasi (Peru) mysteries, Dr. Daniel Ruzo (a Peruvian scientist who dedicated his life and research to ancient civilizations) mentioned in 1968 the Romanian Sphinx as megalithic structure from a former developed civilization and that sculptures in Bucegi mountains are connected to the ones in Marcahuasi Plateau

"I found in the Carpathians unique monuments proving that here laid a great civilization, representing the center of the most ancient civilization known today”

There are many voices claiming that under the mountains around the Romanian Sphinx are tunnels leading to chambers, huge rooms, with huge tables and stone chairs for people much, much taller than us and in which are hidden unexpected treasures.
The mysterious chamber also contains tunnels leading to secret locations beneath the Earth with unimaginable technology as well as to a somewhat similar chamber beneath the Giza Plateau in Egypt, a chamber near Baghdad and one in Mount Kailash in Tibet.
The inner tunnels also lead to a world under the Gobi Plateau in Mongolia and even to Antarctica.

It is suggested that these rooms were created 50,000 years ago and each room is connected to other rooms and are protected by an not earth-like energy source which activates all rooms as soon as one is activated.

This discovery is done in 2003, but after after much opposition brought to the public in 2009 in the book Transylvanian Sunrise, causing an unprecedented debate among historians, scientists and theorists.
The co-author of the book, Peter Moon, claimed to have worked in tandem with a secret intelligence officer of the Romanian government who revealed to him classified information about an unusual discovery dug-up by the Pentagon.
Peter Moon (American writer and explorer) and Radu Cinamar (Romanian writer and explorer) described in their book regarding what is there found under the mountain as the most significant archeological artifact in the history of Mankind, a chamber that contains a holographic record of the Earth’s history as well as holographic readouts of human DNA and also other species.

Now, this all may seem to be far fetched.
A bit like a Harry Potter novel.

Although the book is considered pure fiction by mainstream, the possibility of such a discovery is extremely likely, and here is why:

  1. First of all, it is not the first alternative source that has arisen in connection with the Bucegi Mountains, there are countless local legends speaking of this mythical place.
In the centuries before the dawn of the cosmic era, Romania was inhabited by the Dacians, referred to by the Greeks as the Getae.
The Dacians were most likely a northern tribe of the Thracians.
The zenith of the Kingdom of Dacia stretched from approximately 82 BC to 106 AD, at which time it was conquered by the Romans.
The Dacians worshiped the god Zalmoxis, who made his home and sanctuary in the caves of the holy mountain Kogainon (today’s Bucegi Mountains).

There are indeed still hundreds of unexplored caves alongside the mountain range of Bucegi, not counting the ones already discovered.

There are two known entrances in the region of Dobrogea, but are now sealed due to national security reasons.
The underground passage could be linked to the ancient tunnels that have recently been discovered in the Cappadocia region of Turkey, making this story less likely to be just a myth or coincidence.

In the 80s, a group of men working on the canal that unites the river Danube to the Black Sea, stumbled across another entrance that carried them from Romania to Bulgaria underneath the vast mass of water.
All these tremendous discoveries are being suppressed by the Romanian and foreign governments.

  2. Secondly, there’s a written account dating from the First World War telling how the peasants from Dobrogea were using underground tunnels that stretched thousands of kilometers beneath the Black Sea.
Through these underground passages they lead their herds of sheep into Turkey and Asia Minor, where they would sell them for a considerable profit.

  3. Thirdly, many of the artifacts found are being confiscated by the secret services or being destroyed, different sites and places are forbidden for public.
After the discovery in 2003, Romania, one of the least economic interesting countries in Europe was suddenly designated to become part of NATO and the EU and many foreign government officials and army units are spotted there.
Although it is no prove at all, but if this really is a place of no interest, there would not be so much attention.

There are many historians who acknowledge the long heritage of the Romanian people and the mysterious ways their ancestors ruled over the land thousands of years ago.
According to Marja Gimbutas, professor at U.C.L.A, their bloodline stretches a considerable span of time.

“Romania is the hearth of what I name Old Europe, a cultural entity of 6.500 – 3.500 B.C., based on a matriarchal society, theocratic, peaceful, loving and creators of art, that preceded the patriarchal Indo-European societies of warriors from the bronze and iron age.
It became evident that this ancient European civilization precedes the Sumerian by millennia.
It was a period of harmony, in full agreement with the creator energies of nature.”

The Pyramid of Romania - Buzauromanian-buzau-pyramid

More archaeologists believe to have found a colossal 300-meters-tall pyramid in Romania dating back tens of thousands of years.

Pyramids were a religious trend for ancient civilizations.
From Africa to North America, Asia and Europe, these unique structures are spread all across the globe, where various cultures had built them without any apparent connection established between them.
Overall, pyramids share a similar architecture and were envisioned as holy places of extreme importance.

Although many of these imposing structures have stood the test of time, we only know of those that had been constructed a few hundreds, sometimes thousands of years ago.
However, in recent years evidence has been mounting up in regards to antediluvian civilizations (civilizations before the great flood) which thrived before the last glaciation, or what it has been known as “the great flood”.
It happened more than 14,000 years ago according to most researchers, and it appears that these timeworn peoples were also skilled pyramid builders.
Could this prove that long before the first known organized societies there were others at least on the same advancement level as today?
And were they also able to transit the planet?

Proof of these forgotten forefathers stand both the Sumerian King List and the Egyptian pharaohs timeline which remind of their rulers up to a time when the gods first descended upon the Earth.
The nearest palpable evidence of antediluvian civilizations are the Bosnian pyramids discovered in 2005, constructions dating anywhere between 12,500 to 30,000 years back.
While investigations at this site are well underway, it appears that another startling discovery has been made a bit due est into the land of Romania.
An intriguing mound from the Buzau mountains chain measuring about 1,000 meters from sea level has captivated the curiosity of archaeologists after they stumbled across the remnants of what they presume to be another ancient megalithic pyramid.
romanian-buzau-pyramid
Tuturdui Pyramid covered in luxurious vegetation As you can see in the above picture, the mountain has all the traits of a pyramid.
It measures 300 meters from the bottom, that’s 150 meters more than the Pyramid of Giza and 80 meters more than the Pyramid of the Sun in Bosnia.
Archaeologists climbing the top of the alleged monument have found remnants of ancient megalithic walls consisting of three layers of overlaid stones glued together using clay, a material which provides extensive protection from pluvial waters and it’s also an excellent choice when binding stones.

Probably the most intriguing aspect of the fortification was the thick reddish-brown layer of material composed of mineral oxides which covered the exterior wall of the pyramid.
Based on this plaster covering even the cracks between stones, researchers were able to date the structure using a technique known as radiestezia, which yielded gripping results – the stones appeared to be 22 to 25,000 years of age.

On several places on the side of the mountain, archaeologists stumbled across more brickwork belonging to this forgotten civilization.
The stones seem to be artificially cut and the straight lines further indicate the possible use of advanced technology, while the inclined design of the wall hints at its former triangular shape.

Holographic Pyramid

Every year, at the beginning of August, two spectacular optical phenomena, rare in the world and unique in Romania, fill the beings of those who are at sunrise on Toaca peak in the Ceahlău mountains, with beauty, magic and sacredness.
One of the most amazing surprises offered by nature is a genuine, magnificent, and giant three-dimensional shadow projected over Bistricioara Valley ... The Holographic Pyramid.
They found that the shape of pyramid becomes perfect every year on August 6, 49 days after the summer solstice.
The phenomenon lasts for more than 80 minutes; the holographic pyramid flattens and finally disappears as the sun climbs into the sky.

Even if the phenomenon in itself is explained by the Laws of Optics, there are related issues that have not yet been explained.
Toaca peak, through its shape, location and dimensions represent a mystery in itself.
It has the appearance of a pyramid with a square base, the natural formation of which occurs very rarely.

The appearance, the dimensions and the position of the forms of relief which determine the shadows to blend so accurately, at the exact moment when the sun rises, on the day when the Dacians were celebrating the Sun, made those who looked into the phenomenon to wonder whether there is a relationship between the Dacian sanctuary that is believed to have existed on the Ceahlău mountain and the hologram.

One of the mountain valleys in the same region as this pyramid is very famous for its healing powers.
By wandering through these mountains people start to experience healing of all kinds of complaints.
People wandering for hours on the steep roads in this region do not seem to get tired as normal.
The energies feel so high that people tend to be very excited and happy.

There are also many reports about unexplained light phenomena, appearances and disappearances in this area.

Of course many legends go around about this mountain that is full of tunnels still not yet all discovered.
One of the legends say that inside this mountain there is the 'City of Gold".

Mountains of Glass - Buzau

In these same mountains of Buzau there are valleys with rocks covered with glass-like material and caves that are burned all over of which scientists say that it's been exposed to an enormous amount of heat, similar to a nuclear explosion.

The Clay Tablets of Tartaria

The Buzau Mountains of Romania are full of reminders of a complex past, such as underground dwellings, cave carvings and petroglyphs in a language believed to predate the Sumerian dialect.
North-Eastern Europe is also called the Old Europe, entitled this way to depict a pre-Indo-European culture from the Neolithic (around 7,000 BC) with a strong cultural background.
It is thought they would exchange knowledge with the ancient Greeks.

Unquestionable proof of this stands the clay tablets unearthed at Tartaria, Transylvania.
The clay tablets discovered at Tartaria bear an old writing similar to that of the Sumerians, but since they were dated to about 6,000 B.C., it directly contradicts the general accepted theory according to which the first writings belonged to the Sumerians and ancient Egyptians.

Marco Merlini, an Italian archaeologists who studied the artefacts in detail, expressed his point of view:

“The bones, as well as the tablets are very old. It is a certainty.
It is our turn to think that writing began in Europe, 2.000 years before the Sumerian writing.
In Romania we have a great treasure, but it does not belong only to Romania, but to the whole of Europe.”

With so many ancient riddles that are only now being brought to light, it’s no surprise these archaeologists want to prove that our defined timeline has numerous flaws and requires a serious rethinking of the entire history of humanity.

Giants

Now, we all know that the first book of the Old Testament, Genesis (meaning birth, origin, 'where do our genes come from'), states

Genesis 6:1–4
When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of man were attractive.
And they took as their wives any they chose.
....
The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

A number of archaeological discoveries have been made in Giurgiu. For example, it was found that in Argedava, King Burebista had his first city (before he unified the Dacian tribes of the area).
Yet, an even more interesting discovery was made between the years 1940 and 1950.
In this period, archaeologists unearthed 80 humanoid skeletons which appeared to be giants.
The huge skeletons measured about four to five meters (13-16 feet) in height.

The musea of Romania contain artifacts from the Dacian warriors like enormous tools, helmets, bracelets and crowns.
It shows bracelets so big, it fits no human arm, not even the arm of a modern day body builder.

Giant skeletons have been unearthed in other parts of the country as well.
As one example, in October 1989, 20 giant skeletons were found in Pantelimon – Lebada.

Skeletons of giants have been discovered in many places around Romania.
Other such discoveries have been unearthed at Scaieni in Buzau County, Mariuta in Calarasi County, Persani Mountains, Polovragi, Piatra Craiului, Tara Hategului, Cetateni beneath Negru Voda Monastery, in the Bucegi Mountains and in many other places.

In Maramures, the Fortress of Oncesti (“Cetatea de la Oncesti”) was believed to be the home of the giants.
At Argedava, giants with a height of over five meters (16 feet) have been discovered in 80 graves.
Although most are suddenly “lost” after being discovered, the secret Romanian giants continue to be unearthed.

Maybe, things start to add up a little.
There are tablets predating the sumerian civilizations, there are giants graves, there are all kinds of ancient structures and there are many tales about paranormal activities, many appearances of lights, many sightings of UFO's.
It feels like the Annunaki energy is still active in this region.

Have you got excited and wanting to know more ?
There is a lot of information to be found and most definitely we would like to recommend the documentary The Other Land of the Gods - the mysteries of Romania that shows many of these places and more, with their mysteries, their background and their precise location with coordinates on the map.
